Meditation can be effective in reducing stress, managing anxiety, enhancing awareness, increasing concentration, improving sleep, helping with pain, promoting positive emotions, and many other science-based benefits.   


Beginners and seasoned meditators welcome.



Join us

All you need is a comfortable place to sit (a chair or cushion), a way to get online, and an hour on a Wednesday morning.

  • Your meditation instructor

    Kundini has been teaching meditation since 2003, and is a certified meditation instructor through the Buddhist Studies Institute and Ngakpa International. Kundini is a long time Buddhist practitioner, and has been studying with Pema Khandro Rinpoche for the past 18 years. Kundini is currently a teaching assistant for the Buddhist Studies Institute, and leads groups and meditation classes regularly.

         Wednesday mornings from 8 30 am - 9 30 am
